Ms. Sifat-E-Azam is the acting Executive Director of the Foundation. She has in total 19 years’ working experience in NGO, social development sector and teaching as Assistant Professor at (Independent University Bangladesh). She also worked with Palli Karma Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) and Institute for Inclusive Finance and Development (InM) for more than 7 years.
